Information you provide to us

If you use the contact form on this site, we collect your name and the message you send us, along with your email address and/or phone number if you choose to provide them. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry or booking request. We do not sell this information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies for visitors. Our staff-only admin panel uses a single secure session cookie to keep an administrator logged in; this cookie is not set for regular site visitors and carries no personal data beyond an internal admin identifier.

Our use of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) tools

Our internal admin panel connects to Meta’s Graph API so our own staff can view engagement and advertising performance for our own Facebook Page, Instagram account, and ad campaigns. This integration:

• Does not collect personal data from visitors to this website;
• Only accesses data belonging to our own business’s Facebook Page, linked Instagram account, and advertising accounts, using access tokens that we store encrypted at rest and use solely for that purpose;
• Is used only by authorized Lux Bus staff through a password-protected internal admin panel.

We do not use Meta’s tools to collect, process, or share personal information about visitors to this public website.

Data retention and security

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to and resolve the inquiry. Access credentials and third-party API tokens used by our admin tools are encrypted at rest. Access to administrative systems is restricted to authorized Lux Bus personnel.

Children’s privacy

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
